1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made within the first 2 days of enrollment. After 2 days, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Process

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will verify your eligibility for a refund. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 30 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of enrollment.

- Certificate fees
- Any other non-tuition related fees
4. Course Completion Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following requirements:
- Have completed less than 1% of the course content
- Have not received a certificate of completion
- Have not violated the terms and conditions of the course
5. Course Access
Access to the course content will be terminated upon the approval of your refund request. You will no longer have access to the course materials or any associated resources.
